Free GA flight tracker?

Does anybody know where I can got to track GA aircraft or lookup flight plan historys for free?

the only ga aircraft you can look up is those on an IFR flight plan, not sure where to look up though

If you register with fltplan.com they also have some free tracking, and flight planning and a ton of other features.
