Free CFI Rating

I thought this may be of some interest. Pan Am is offering a free CFI rating to attract future instructors. They are also offering half price CFII and MEI if you already have your initial. May be worth looking into if you are trying to save some money and get a decent job at the same time.

They state "competitive pay" on 350. Anyone care to tell the real numbers?

I don't know the exact numbers but it is above average. And you will fly your butt off....that = $$$$$
