I'm just curious as to how the fractionals figure how many aircraft they need. Let's say the sell 2 - 1/8 shares, a 1/4 share, and 1/2 share....do they have more than one airplane and hope that no two of these 4 owners overlap, or do they own a few extras. I'm sure the bigger companies like NetJets and Options probably have an extra or two, but what about Alpha Flying and Avantair?

Basically I'm just wondering if they only own as many airplanes as they have sold or if they keep a spare or two around.

Thanks

as a general rule every 5 airplanes you sell out in shares you need a "core" airplane to suppliment them. I think this would works out o.k.
Hope this helps!?!?!?!??!
