Just wondering about the interviews for the larger fractional companys. Do any conduct testing like wonderlick/cogscreen type testing or written ATP type tests given during regional airline interviews. Are they given during the medical? I'm wondering about Options, NetJets, and Citationshares. Appreciate any responses!

They've gone through many faces of interviewing here. The latest seems to be an interview with an HR person and a Program Manager. Just basic FAR/AIM stuff. Aircraft questions if the person interviewing you knows anything about aircraft you've said to flown. No physical required, just a first class medical. They don't even do a sim ride anymore. The room where the simulator was is now an aircraft stock room unless they moved it somewhere and I didn't see it.
