The son of a good buddy of mine is looking for a way out of Mesaba with the current negative NWA mainline/regional situation. He lives in near Memphis and is considering applying to Fractionair (I believe they are based near Nashville - is it Smyrna?). He has sent his stuff into Netjets, Flex and CS and is considering Fractionair because it is apparently based near his home base.

I have conducted a search and I have read a few somewhat negative opinions of the place. Its website is more professional than it used to be if memory serves. Is Fractionair getting better? You would think that it would have to in order to keep its pilots from leaving for Netjets, etc. It appears to be adding aircraft - I think I saw one of its new Hawkers (800As I believe) a few weeks back in MCO and I know it operates a fleet of older Beechjets. Any positives related to Fractionair? Any idea about pay and QOL/schedule?

Looking for some pros and cons of working for Fractionair - the less emotion and more facts the better. Appreciate it.

I think Fractionair put the "junk" in Beechjunk. I saw one of their older Beechjets and it definitely looked its age...

Heavy set,

As previously stated. RUN far from this company. ALOT of empty promises and high hopes that will never come true. HOWEVER, I heard they just got rid of their biggest moron , the director of ops--> In light of him getting FIRED, it might not be as bad as it used to be. Be VERY cautious of this place, that's all I'm saying.
