Frac Training Contracts / Bonds $$$

Looking for feedback on the amount(s) of these contracts, I assume it is basically the cost of the initial type rating? or are they another given amount?, difference between Flex,CS,Nja others?? are all prorated for a years time?

For NetJets, I'm pretty sure most of them are in the $20K - $25K range. 2 years. Leave before 1 year, 100% payback. Leave after 1 but before 2, 50% payback.
