Frac to regional

Anybody left a frac to go to a regional. Just wondering if your quality of life improved/declined? I know first year pay at a regional can't compare to frac but what about 2nd pay, etc.. compared to "higher-end" regionals (Comair, ASA, Air Wisky, etc.)?

I don't know anyone that has but All the guys/gals i've ran in to came from a regional to the frac and not the other way around.

ditto...I think that regionals are for those that can't get hired by a fractional
