For all you guys and gals hanging around the FBO waiting and begging for students or flight time, try this one to get a few laughs.
Inevitably there is going to be a situation where someone, either a fellow CFI or one of your students or someone else's student, will ask you to file a flight plan for them. Enthusiastically accept the request, but when you file it put something really crazy in the "remarks" section. Some old favorites are "I LIKE PINK AIRPLANES" or "TELL ME I'M PRETTY" but be creative. It'll definitely put a smile on the controller's face, and depending on those who are involved the on-air hilarity will definitely ensue.
This one works well at 135 ops too.
