Focus/Capital Air Cargo

A much younger friend called me to ask about my opinion regarding choosing employment between Focus and Capital. I didn't know what to say because I don't know any of these two airlines. I'm not confortable with someone hating me for a wrong advice so I suggested him to read your answers here.
I know Capital flies B727 domestic with 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, and Focus B747 with 20 days on and maybe 10 days off. Appreciate any infos

Maybe an answer like "I don't know. Why are you asking me?" would be honest enough and wouldn't be giving advice to someone about something you don't have any knowledge about. Unless someone has worked at both companies, most people here couldn't give any solid advice, either. Including me.
Taking a new job is always a very personal decision for each of us.
What works for one person might not for another. If you want to remain friends, stay out of the decision completely and wish your friend success in whatever he or she decides. Just my 2 cents worth.
