Flying jobs in Thailand?

Anyone had any experience with flying in Thailand? I think it would be cool to spend a couple years flying over there.

I heard about B747 and B757 jobs out of Thailand. But, you need to be type rated. Their is a company called Active Aerospace in Canada which has some kind of ties with Orient Thai. Try checking with them.

Only if you wanted to be surrounded by the most beautiful women on the planet. There or the Philippines. Oh, what wouldn't I give for a job in either of those places! You can live like a KING on $10,000 a year in the Phils. It's like $150,000 here.

yea- you live like a king on 10K, but what happens when you come back to the good ol USA (you will) after 5 years making 10 a year? You're even poorer than when you left. Try the south pacific: better pay (still sucks), less crime, oh...chics are hot too.

Orient Thai

The 747 at Orient Thai has furloughed, but from what I understand the 757 is still hiring. The other posts are correct you should check out Active Aerospace which has contacts with Orient Thai and other airlines in Thailand.
