Anyone else hearing rumors about copmanies hiring fr8dogs for work in Iraq? I heard about ACC but was wondering if any of you had heard anything else.

I've heard the rumors too, so maybe there's something to it. Supposed to be lots of $$$$ and hazard pay because who in their right mind would do it for cheap?! They'll be shooting at you and yelling mohammed jihad, derka derka derka. Probably still better than Teterboro though.

I have to admit, this sounds like fun(?). I am always up for a big adventure. Wonder if you get to have a side arm or a MP5 in the back. How much money?

Why would you wan't an MP5 in the back? Is that some sort of S and M type thing?

Don't get your hopes up too high.

Most of the freight flying here is done by Ruskies and other former Soviet State pilots who do it for peanuts, in old Soviet era AN's and IL's.
