flying from RSW to BRO

Can someone tell me the requirements if any if i want to fly from RSW to BRO. I understand all the life raft etc... stuff. i need to know if you can cut across the gulf or do you have to stay inland? Thanks

If you meet the overwater equipment reqirements you're good to go.

You do not need to stay inland, that's the point of the raft and PFD's.
