Flt Attendant Pay

What do F/A's make at the regional level. the majors, LLC's, 1st year 5th yr and top, hourly rate, guaranteed hours, etc. Are they paid like pilots? anyone know?
 
I know some CHQ f/a's and they start at 15 something an hour and top out in the mid 20's. They're guaranteed 75 hours. First year f/a's sometimes end up making as much or more than first year f/o's...sad to say.
I think this is fairly representative of most regionals out there. Mainline f/a's make much more.
