Just flew a trip in MIA for the first time in a couple of years. I was shocked to see a Florida West 767. Anybody know the story on them. Last time I saw them was about 7 yrs ago and they had one DC-8 and looked to be down for the count.
 
The 767 is the result of some link with Lan Chile. Don't know if it involves minority ownership or some other financial stake. Heard them in the Flight Levels over El Paso a few nights ago headed toward LAX.
