Early in the week at the NBAA convention two aircraft were towing banners to let the crowd know that Options pilots deserve a contract. Several thousand people witnessed this.
Later in the week at an airshow in Georgia an Options Beechjet was parked in front of the announcers stand. It was parked there so it could depart just before the airport closed for the show. Over ten thousand spectators watched as the Beechjet started both engines and blew a porta-potty across the ramp end over end several times.

Can't wait to see this one on YouTube.....

I tell ya. I have NEVER spoke with a FLOPS pilot on the road that wasn't full of regret.

What the F is the problem. It sounds like management should be put out to the trash and shutdown by a UNION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAP

That was a crappy thing to do!!!! :puke:

yeah, that stinks.....saw one leaving pbi that throttled up right next to the hangar and blew 5 or 6 cones halfway into the hangar along with several chocks, and blew two tool boxes over. oh well, found most guys were professional and courteous during my stint at flops.

I spent four years there, and it got miserable toward the end. If the job is really that bad now, why don't you just leave? There's alot of flying jobs available out there, and I'm sure almost every one of them would be better than working at that dump.

shegavemeclap

Many of us our looking. But, I'd like to stay long enough to give our CEO a kick in the a$$.

When we get a NJ type contract, alotta guys are going to regret leaving. Besides many of us would rather fight then run away. It's just in our nature.

OOOOH I smell a rat .... a management rat I mean.:uzi:

I don't know. When I first read it I thought the same thing. But I think it is the right attitude to have in there fight. Good luck fellas, you deserve it.

I actually agree...but, you know. Rats stink up the joint....but yeah, good luck to all you guys! no pilot should ever have to starve, or suffer due to mismanagement

agree, people who leave are weak and scared.

if most airline pilots were like that, there would only be one airline left !!!

You got to stand up and fight.
it's just like "911". Did we abandon ship? hell no

be a man

No dude I'm not a rat. If I was a management rat I'd be saying things like. The sky is falling, we are so-po, we might have to lay off. Fudish type things like that.

What I'm saying is that it's cowardly to fun away from a fight your friends are engaged in. And one day we will have a good strong contract with industry standard wages. When that happens those who chose to fun from this fight will regret it, and those who chose to stay, all the while sitting on their hands, will have to live with the guilt.

I think you should read at least a few of my other posts before you call me a rat. There aren't that many. Pretty strong accusation to just throw out there like that.

I was just kidding dude, I was just pulling your tail...rat tail that is

Come fly....

FLOPS management tactics are trying to fly the pilot pool into the ground...

M.S. is a dog that needs a kick in the a$$ -- he isn't running a company, he is trying to run a management failure while killing the company in the process.
