I am heading to Wichita in a couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone could fill me in on the initial 208 training course. I will be doing my 135 checkride there as well. PM if you wish.

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks

Is FedEx still using FlightSafety?

If you can find an info manual learn the limitations and EPs and whatever else you feel like studying, I'm sure FS will go over the systems well.

The 10,11,12 rule is good for getting set up for an approach. It's been so long since I flew a van I can't remember it though.

<<<trying in vain to recall...

...10 degrees flap, 1100 pounds, 120 knots? no that cant be...

anyways, to answer his question. you have nothing to worry about. its probably the easiest course FSI offers.

i mean, cmon...its a single turbine ;)
