I thought I read that one of Ricci's side businesses was a Beechjet refurb business installing ProLine 21 and newer engines. I guess it makes sense from his perspective to make money on the modifications...

I am sure the FO Beechjet drivers would probably appreciate more modern equipment up front and newer engines - those Beechjets are looking their age...

I doubt those new BJS have anything to do with the flops bjs.

Wouldn't be so sure about that. I believe Nextant will be offering a turnkey version. Wouldn't it be great if you had a source for cheap pre-owned BJs? How about if that source was right next door to your office.

A new Phenom delivery will equal one BJ going to the KR retro. Therefore, zero growth and no recalls. Sad but true.

What the heck is the "MJ" tail number for? ANOTHER new confusing tail numbering system at Flops? CW, TA, LX, now MJ? Since it is a new airplane and from Brazil, I have to assume that tail number was one requested by Flops.

"MJ" aircraft was rejected by FLOPS and the new company put their registration on it. Then FLOPS made an agreement to use the "MJ" aircraft as a display aircraft until out first one arrives in September.
