Why would anyone come back when with the current pay scale as low as it is. A USA jet first year FO gets payed as much as a 6 year FO at options? Combine that with the airlines hiring, I bet hardly any except maybe those with little aspirations will return.

Really, what does options have to offer? If KR is as bad as you guys say, I see time builders becoming a big part of your pilot force.
 
el you got that almost right. Pay will have to increase this time around or the pilots will not approve the amended contract. As for little aspirations, FO does have some positives. One being the domicile policy. I don't know about you, but I am not moving for another aviation company.

Apparently most of the chuckleheads are coming over to Flexjet and/or the Globals so maybe FO will become the better place to work!
