Hey, haven't heard recently what the status is on current or projected pilot hiring at flight options. Anyone care to comment? I did the online resume drop but thats it so far..

Quick question for some of you senior dogs out there. Under the current contract, what do some of the senior captains top out at in terms of $$$.

What are "at will" employees? And if that's the case, how much does an "at will" senior captain put in his bank account every month on average.

This company pisses me off more than most but lets be honest, its a helluva lot more secure working enviroment than Option. No offense to any Options folks.
