There has been a lot of chatter about Flight Options lately - probably because of Netjets and the talk about its lousy contract.... Hopefully some of you FLOPS guys can chime in and respond to the following questions:
1. Falcon 50 program - is it still selling and are pilots bidding into the aircraft or is it stagnant? Are the Falcon 50s EFIS equipped?
2. Legacy program - I would expect it to sell well given that it appears to be a good value and a low price point. How many does FLOPS intend to operate this year and next? Is it a popular aircraft among FLOPS pilots (senior bid)?
3. Gulfstream program - How many aircraft in the program and are there plans to add any more?
4. Hawker Horizon - what are the plans for this aircraft and what have you heard about its performance estimates and FAA progress? When we will see it on the line?
Is life at FLOPS "as bad" as life at Netjets appears to be? Should people just avoid the fractional business altogether for awhile or is this type of job worthwhile?
