As of 1300 today Flight options/ RAS maint facilitys are now AGAIN all flight ops which is 100% Raytheon owned anyway so.....all this means is our benifits get changed AGAIN.

You got it! They just keep switching stuff around so they have new news to report etc... It really means nothing, except now you aren't really a Raytheon employee so you don't get the bennies... Can you say pension?? :erm:
 
Can you say Union? You guys are getting screwed again. This company never learns. You can't continue to screw employees like that if you want to keep unions off your property.
 
So who has a maint based union for fraq operations? I suppose maybe if your union vote goes through it may be easyer for us?.....The more I read about the tactics of the union busters I think back how many times we have heard similar things although not out to stop a union but to appease the masses no less.

Our CMH mechs are unionized, dont know about the other bases, LUK is not, although its primary function is to service NJM planes, we still bring a ton of ours up there...... The Flt attendands just voted in a union ( not 1108) they went with the old outfit and have heard several stories as to why they did....
