Flight into FME

Folks,
Taking some family members into the DC area on sunday and was planning to got to FME. Was wondering if anyone has an opinion of the airport, FBO's etc.
Planning on filing IFR regardless of the weather so shouldn't have to worry about the expandable TFR's, but then again........
Like I said: any tips would be much appreciated.

Basically, your choices are:
FME (Tipton)
GAI (Gaithersburgh)
HEF (Manassas - class D)

It really depends on what you are trying to do. If you want to get in to DC without renting a car, GAI might be your cheapest option as that is closest to a Metro stop.
