I have called several times and been on hold for over an hour each time. I have sent several emails with no response.

Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

Since I'm former AirTran, I can't just log in. Trying to get expense report/flight log etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Flica has been hit or miss this past week. It is on Flica's end also. We got an email about it and I'm from Spirit.
 
1 hour and 15 minutes but I finally got through. Holy cow!
 
After seeing the "inhouse" option, I'm even more impressed with FLICA, even with AT's grubby hands attempting to manipulate it.
