What's the approximate breakdown for pilots going to the Lear 40/45, 60, 300 and 604 out of the 10 newhires per month? Any fleets hiring more than the others? I hear the 300 fleet is growing. If a 300 slot and a 40/45 slot are both open, what experience criteria (e.g., relative age within the class, total flight hours, availability, etc.) will determine which one you get?
