The decrease in health benefits was not enough, now management wants to give a free body cavity check courtesy of ConvictSova. Bombardier will not save enough to cover the damage in pissing every person off for violating our privacy. This is down right insulting.

I think there is more to it than that. I heard it is a confidential survey to help you get healthier. The company will pay you a good bit for participating. I imagine the idea is to try and keep your employees healthier which in turn equates to lower health care cost and lower insurance premiums.

Is that what you are talking about? The company seems pretty good to me compared to most other companies out there, including non-airline companies.

finnjl,
Consova is a company Bombardier has hired to make sure that the people on the insurance palns are really supposed to be insured. No ex-wives etc... The thing is, they want all kinds of information like marriage certificates and such.
