Surprisingly, it seems that no one has been willing to divulge the full scale - perhaps because of the note on it that says it is the confidential propoerty of Bombardier Flexjet. But from looking around other forums, you can deduce that first year pay is around $278 a day for F/O's. Most will upgrade to CA of the Lear in Year 3, which will yield about $418 a day.
