Did Flexjet ever operate the Global Express? I thought that I have seen it before but can't find anything about it. What about the Lear 24,25,or 35?
Why don't they have the 55? I guess if they use the 60 then there's no need for the 55.

They started to until 9/11 happened. That was the end of the Global. Now, with the 300 and the 604, there is no apparant need. They used to fly the 31 but got rid of it. Now, they operate the Lear 40, 45, 60, Challenger 300 and 604. Soon, 2 years I believe, they will begin to operate the 605 Challenger.

Flexjet only operates the aircraft in current production at Bombardier. Thats why the 31s went away and why the 55, 35 etc are not operated there. Once a plane hits 7 years old, it is sent over to used aircraft. Used to be 5 years but they changed their minds for some reason.

What are the upgrade times for NetJets. FlexJets, Flight Options..etc?

Apparently the interviewers at NJA are telling people 12-15 months. But it could be longer than that. It's hard to say what will happen given all of the FO's currently on bypass pay who will have to upgrade in order to maximize their salaries. It might end up being 2 years or more but no one knows how it will all shake out with the new contract.
