umm...well...also 14 and 15 days a month if you ask. I have been here a year and never worked more than 15. i ask for 5 and 6 day trips, and that will usually get me 5 and 6 day off stretches. Overall a very flexible schedule. One month I asked for all weekends off and I got that. One month I asked for a 7 day off strectch and got that.... Just takes a while to learn how to ask for stuff using th PBS system

How often during a tour do you wind up back in your base? I guess I'm wondering if a someone who did not live in their base would need a crash pad or if once you show up on day one you stay on the road.

well, depends on which base. ONT not so much, DFW and TEB yeah you might see that every other rotation or so. but...doesn't matter anyway, the company will give you a hotel, even if it is your base city. But if you do live in your base, you have the option to go home.

You have the option for a rental car in lieu of a hotel no matter where you are on the road.
