Flex Jet hiring questions.

I have 2400 hrs, over 1000 jet. Lr-45 type. Will flex jet hire me with these times?

If so, Is it possible to get hired straight into a challenger?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Mac, HR will not even talk to you until you have the minimums which are ATP, 2500 total, 500 multi and 500 multi, a vailid unexpired passport and an FCC license. Feel free to send your resume, but they will not be calling you until you meet those times. As far as fleet go, it is whatever the company needs is what people get hired in to. Regardless of what types they may have.

Get 100 more hours and make sure you have 500 multi and you're golden...

how long are you guys taking to get called? I applied a little over three weeks ago and nothing yet.
