Well, there have been more changes in the last 2 months with tom than there was in the last 2 years with rick.

Beaner's a great guy, and will make a good Chief Pilot.

I knew him when I was at Flex and it was a MUCH smaller pilot group, both in a social setting and at work. Bottom line: you're in a MUCH better position with him at the helm than the previous person in that job.

Give him some time, I'm sure he'll get better at getting the word out quicker when things change.
