What's the likelihood or probability of a newhire getting the CL300 vs. other aircraft in the fleet? Are most newhires getting the L40/45?

They are hiring into the 300 right now. Must have ATP, 1st class medical, 2500 total, 500 multi and 500 turbine.

No more bases yet. They are giving some semi-serious thought to IAD. ORD is on the list of possibles. I was told not to hold my breath.
