Flag vs. Supplementa vs. Domestic vs. Commercial

Couldnt find any other threads on this so here it is. Anyone have an easy definition of all of them and are all 4 types utilized in the US??

domestic refers to 48 state scheduled operators, flag operates inside and outside the 48, supplemental operates anywhere it has a permit to operate, commercial operates under similar rules as supplemental. this info is per atp study book.
