First Flight Management

Out of ELM...anybody know anything? Search yielded no results, I've got a couple of names but hesitate to post them. If anyone has the story a post or PM would be appreciated. I'm pretty happy where I'm at but so far they seem like they're worth talking to (hey, you can always talk, right?), but we're talking relocating the family so the more info I can get the better.
