Mesa is no better or worse than any other regional. In the end its your attitdude that gets you on to the majors. (if thats the ultimate goal)

It's not just about getting to the majors, it's also about having a good place to work while you get there, maybe a good contract, good bases, "good" pay. You never know how long you are gonna have to be at the regionals, maybe for life, so don't take just the first thing that comes along, or take it as a stepping stone and then jump ship for a better regional.
 
Also, today's high quality of life company, is tomorrows slow growth 7 year upgrade then commuting on reserve, labor concessions needed to compete for flying company. It's all about sustained earnings and profit growth to remain competitive. The man owns us.
