My FEX Written exam expired and I need to renew it but I do not want to go back down to PHX for a two day course. Does anyone know if you can take a study course on line and take the test? American Eagle???

Thanks

I don't know about on line course (I did a Google search with little success), but you can get decent software from Gleim and ASA that will probably meet your needs. I used software from both vendors while I was transitioning from the Military and had no problem with any of the exams:

Gleim

ASA

I wish you success!

Fedex:

Just buy the book from your local FBO or on-line. Make sure to get the supplement with the charts and graphs. Study it for a couple of days on your own and then go take the test at one of the approved testing centers. The numbers are in the Study Guide. I did it that way the last three times I have taken it, most recently in August.

My test expired and had to retake.

I went to FAATest.com and utilized their program. Also, do a search on this board, as it was discussed a few months ago. (Another on-line school was mentioned and I don't remember the name....).

Good Luck
