We call that the 'Ant Farm' during training. The expanded map version is even better with the airplanes also coming in from Canada, Mexico and overseas turning into ALL the hubs (OAK, LAX, AFW, IND, EWR) as well as Mempho.

Then the video continues to illustrate all the airplanes going back outbound.
