Hi all-

Would anyone know what equipment one could expect as a new hire? Would most guys be on the 727 panel, or is there usually some widebody slots available too? Also, how long before you're off the panel?

Any information is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Last two classes (at least) went strictly to the back of the Boeing. Word on the bus is that when the new bid (MOAB) comes out, new hires will be going straight to the right seat of the MD-11 in ANC. Rumors of a seat lock for people that don't move out of the back of the Boeing on this bid. Will that apply to new hires? No one knows. Anybody that started before the August bid last year had the opportunity to move off the Boeing panel. Those that do get stuck in the back (if that rumor comes to fruition) will be eligible for passover pay once they're off of year one probation pay. Hope that helps, but until the bid comes out, everything is just conjecture.
