Just for question, who operates the Caravans out of MRY?

The actual company is West Air, Inc. headquartered in Fresno, CA. "Pac Valley" is just the call sign. They hold the contract for Fedex Feeders in California, Las Vegas & Reno.

The two hard lines that operate out of MRY are held by two of the most senior guys at the company. Sorry, hope that you don't have any aspirations in that direction. There are a number of adhoc flights that operate in/out of there throughout the year though.
