I know the one he must have been talking to. It is about time someone said it.
 
Actually, there has been a study on this. It has not been widely released in fear of it being called sexist.

It's simply the way men and women differ in the way they handle overload. Men tend to put something aside for a short period, then get back to it. Women tend to let things build up, then do their housekeeping.

I've heard her, too, and it is annoying. I'll go as far to as say it could be dangerous.
