Training pay is $2k a month until you complete IOE, then it goes to first year SO pay of $50.00. Which ever month you were hired in, on the first day of the month the following year you get paid second year pay.

Our contract is up May 31st, 2004 so I am hoping we vote for retroactivation pay and that a new deal gets done by JAN '06
