Does the A plan at FDX count years of service throwing boxes or just years on the seniority list?

What about vacation? Is it all years or only years on the seniority list?
 
Pension (A plan) is based upon "credited years of service with the company (25 years max)," so full time work should count for credit -- don't know about part time.

Vacation accrual is based upon years as a pilot.
