If you go on the right day, I believe there is a guy who takes walk-ins at Flightcraft (and at Aurora Aviation, if you're down that way). I've never used them but I've heard good things. I don't think they are there every day.

If you call Flightcraft, they can fill you in on the details.
 
Yes, they do them at Flightcraft, 1-800-547-9307. Seems like a nice guy, but there is no clinic-type support if you have any issues. I go to a clinic in McMinnville. Dr. Craig Thornton, 503-472-6161. This is a full on clinic, and he's the same price as the Flightcraft guy.
