FAR Part 125 ???

Don't have access to this FAR. In fact, never heard of it until recently. Do operations under this part have a mandatory retirement age for pilots ? Does it require an ATP ?

ATP is not requireed for PIC, only COmm and appropriate ratings and type rating.


There is no mantadory retirement, my company had a 125 operaation which has several pilots in thier 60's
