I am surprised you are typed in a jet and would ask a question like this...
Was that for Lead Sled or me? If Lead Sled: Let me assure you he has more time in jets than you've had hot dinners. I've had the pleasure of sitting next to him at Flight Safety a few times now. If me: Well, I'm full of surprises.

Speaking of FSI, every six months at recurrent someone brings up the story about "the guys that got ramped and dinged for having a full O2 bottle". Nobody knows them personally but they've "heard" about it. This leads to a discussion of how much 02 does one guy consume with a diluter mask. For a healthy young lad like myself, it's not much. It takes awhile to register on the 02 gauge.

If you put the mask on and it is a demand type mask, every time you breath it will supplement with oxygen, regardless of cabin pressure, unless of course you are the forgetful sort and did not turn the oxygen on. If it is dialed to 100%, then it will draw down at a fairly good rate, see your aircraft's operating manual for the numbers.
Correct. Thanks for answering my question.
