FAR 135 For Sale ?

Ladies/Gentlemen:

I've been out of the the FAR-135 world for some time now ...

I was asked if I knew of any FAR135 Certificates that might be up for sale.

The perspective certificate must have the following:

1) at least one jet currently RVSM capable and one TP (preferably a BE-90/200/300 on the certificate
2) Canadian, Bermuda, Carribean (would prefer worldwide ops) OPS
3) based somewhere on the east coast.

Is this a serious inquiry? How much are they willing to pay. I know one for sale at $450000

I can't attest to the honesty of the person's interest.

I assume it to be a legitimate desire. I was simply asked to look around to see if there were any certificates on the market; so I chose flightinfo.com as one source.

If you want to supply the contact information I will forward it to the man running point for the investor.
