was in charlottesville, va today. saw a falcon 50 on the ramp. looked like a private ramp area off the departure end of runway 3. anyone know who owns that? didn't get the n number.

any other turbine stuff in this part of the world?

That is a private corporate hangar own by two wealthy individuals that are from CHO. One company has a DA20 the other just sold their LR60 and purchased a frac. on the DA50. The 900 may be in their immed. plans since it had been discussed before the purchase of the 50.
 
There is definitely no shortage of wealth or turbine aircraft in CHO. Next time you are there pick up a real estate brochure and you'll see what I mean. CHO would be a great spot to live for the right job.
 
Only operator there that lists a Falcon in the NBAA directory is Amvest and it is a DA-20F. Who knows though, the other 4 listed had citations and pistons. Directory is almost a year old now.
