So, I got this in the mail from the FAA (At least it wasn't certified:) ).

Anyways, it seems that once you sign up it will let you fill out your medical form and submit it electronically. Then you give your AME some confirmation number. Your done...

Anybody tried this yet?

I just applied tonight for my password.

I just did it with my medical last month. Seemed to work fine. I was my AME's guinea pig and the first one they had had who had done the web site. Apparently this is the wave of the future for all examiners.

There was a glitch or two during the computer entry of the medical form, but all in all it was basically painless.
