only way i am aware this is possible is flying an N tail number airplane.

Overseas flying

The hardest part is finding the job. All you need is a validation on your license from the country where the aircraft is registered. Normally sponsorship from the future employer will make it a straightforward process.

If you are talking about landing a job in Europe with a FAA license it is almost impossible. Most companies want you to receive JAA license instead. To obtain the JAA license takes 6 months and 14 exams but if you hold an ATPL then there is a possibility that you can get a waiver and only take 3 exams instead.
I have being trying for months to get on with various airlines and companies in Europe and keep getting the "We need you to have a JAA license not a FAA". You only hope is to look into the Middle East and Africa as they really do not care.
