F22 demonstration

Has anyone seen the AF F22 demonstration?

Pretty impressive my mates!

You must have been in SDF this morning. I saw them while going to work. Pretty darn cool!

I saw half of it on the Saturday of Sun n Fun. It was very impressive. My 14 year old son was really bumming when he had to shut it down for a mechanical. Turned out to be a nose landing gear fault. I guess even 100 million dollar airplanes break.

It broke at Oceana NAS in September...made one pass and left. I was racing go-karts at the time so I didnt even see the one pass, but I didn't miss much I guess.

Saw the full show at Sun N Fun. Friday of the event.

This airplane uses thrust to defy traditional aerodynamics. I would not want to be the enemy on the other side of this defense mechanism.
