I heard that from someone. Is that true? Consolidation in the regionals is upon us.

Bye Bye--General Lee:rolleyes:

Yep, it's true. Our MEC Chair sent a msg to all of our pilots that he has, indeed, verified that COEX has made an offer to NWA for Pinnacle. Funny thing is that PCL mgmt claims that they didn't know anything about it.

I didn't see this topic on another thread, and now believe that this may have already been discussed. Sorry. It is interesting, though.

"Funny thing is that PCL mgmt claims that they didn't know anything about it." I don't find it unusual at all. NW frequently keeps the management and pilots here "in the dark and fed you know what." In '97, I and some other pilots found out NW had purchased the company from Mike Brady by reading about it in the MSP Star-Tribune that somebody had brought into our Ops. Just look at the source of the Pinnacle MEC message. It was dissemenated after our MEC chairman talked to Express-Jets MEC chair. Some things never change.
